1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding TicketFlow to your Discord server or using the TicketFlow web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot and discontinue use of the dashboard.

2. Description of Service

TicketFlow is a Discord bot and accompanying web dashboard that enables server staff to manage support tickets. Users can open tickets through Discord, and staff can view, reply to, and close tickets from either Discord or the web dashboard. The service includes features such as ticket boards, message syncing, and role-based access controls.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service to use TicketFlow. By using the service, you represent that you have the authority to bind the server you manage to these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or violate the rights of others
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the bot's operation
  • Use automated tools to send excessive requests to the service
  • Violate any applicable law or Discord's Terms of Service

5. Data and Privacy

TicketFlow collects and stores data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

6. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep TicketFlow available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to update these terms, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of Liability

TicketFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to deny access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using TicketFlow at any time by removing the bot from your server.
